WARRANTY INFORMATION

ATG Warranty Statement
- Subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, ATG warrants that at the time of delivery from our facility, all items will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
- ATG's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (1) repairing, or (2) replacing or (3) allowing equitable credit for any item, which upon inspection, ATG deems defective under this warranty and is notified within the warranty period applicable to the item(s) purchased.
- No item will be accepted for repair, replacement or credit adjustment without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by ATG. To obtain an RMA and shipping instructions please contact our service department by either phone (479) 751-8136 or email at atgaccounting@auroratactical.com. Our service department is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding federal holidays. Upon receipt of authorization, and only in accordance with instruction from ATG, items shall be returned to ATG for examination with all shipping charges prepaid by the Buyer. Such items shall be packed in the original shipping container or in a manner substantially equal to the original packaging. The return package shall include a copy of the RMA number, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return. Failure to include the documentation or to package correctly may void this warranty. If such items, after examination by ATG, are found to be defective, the credit will be allowed for reasonable shipping charges paid by the Buyer. ATG will inspect and respond to warranty claims within 10 business days of receipt.
- IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, ATG SHALL NOTIFY BUYER IN A TIMELY MANNER PERMITTING THE BUYER TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER.
- In the event that, pursuant to paragraph (2) above, ATG elects not to repair, replace or credit any such defective item, ATG will refund the purchase price and ATG shall have no further obligation hereunder with respect to the defective item.
- This warranty does not extend to any item which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, operation outside of the item's maximum/minimum ratings, incorrect wiring, improper application or installation, use in violation of instructions furnished by ATG, alteration or modification without ATG authorization, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or has had its serial number or any part thereof altered, defaced or removed. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (such as scratches or minor blemishes that do not affect functionality), batteries, consumable items, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Returned items which are found by ATG to be within original product specifications ("no trouble found") will be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the original purchase price billable to the Buyer.
- ATG's liability arising out of the supplying or use of these items, whether or not within warranty, shall not in any case exceed the limitations herein stated nor shall ATG be liable for any general, special or consequential damages for any loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use or inability to use the items, or any inability to use them either separately or in combination with any other equipment, or from any other cause. THE WARRANTY HEREIN PROVIDED FOR SHALL BE BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
- Warranty Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from ATG or an authorized ATG dealer is required for all warranty claims.
- Export Compliance: Night vision devices and related components are controlled items under U.S. export regulations (ITAR). This warranty is void if the product has been illegally exported from the United States or transferred to any unauthorized party. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws.
- International Customers: For customers outside the United States, warranty service may require return shipping to our facility in Oklahoma, USA. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and compliance with import/export regulations. Warranty repair times may be extended due to international shipping and customs processing.
Expressed Specific Product Warranties housing warranties vary
- Parts: All new parts are covered under the above listed warranty conditions for one (1) year after the date of sale. This warranty does not cover batteries, bulbs, or other consumable components.
- Image Intensifiers: All new Elbit image intensifiers sold by ATG are covered under the above listed warranty conditions for one (1) year after the date of sale. All new L3 Harris image intensifiers sold by ATG are covered under the above-mentioned warranty conditions for two (2) years after the date of sale. Image intensifiers are sensitive components and warranty coverage excludes damage from drops, impacts, exposure to bright light sources without proper protection, or improper storage.
- ATG Systems: Unless otherwise expressed, the following ATG manufactured systems sold by ATG are covered under the above listed warranty conditions for the following time period: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable items, or damage resulting from misuse.
- Other Systems: Unless otherwise expressed, all systems sold by ATG as an express dealer, which are manufactured by other companies, are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. Specific manufacturers' warranty periods for those products are listed either on ATG's product literature sheets or on that product manufacturer's web page. For warranty service on these products, customers should contact ATG first, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer as needed.
What is NOT Covered Under This Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Batteries, bulbs, or other consumable components
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers
- Damage from exposure to extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications
- Loss or theft of product
- Products that have been illegally exported or are in violation of export control regulations
