These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website auroratactical.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Aurora Tactical, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Warranty Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including browsers, customers, and any other users.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and purchase products from Aurora Tactical. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Night vision devices and related products are regulated items, and purchasers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Registration

While account registration is not required to make purchases on our Website, you may choose to create an account for your convenience. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Product colors may vary due to display settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed on the Website at the time you place your order, provided the order is accepted by us. We are not responsible for pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you to inform you of the error and give you the option to cancel your order or proceed at the correct price.

5.2 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase, including sales tax, use tax, and any other taxes required by law. Taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our Website. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order to that payment method. We use third-party payment processors to securely process payments, and we do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, fraud concerns, or other reasons at our sole discretion. If we decline your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. Order confirmation emails do not constitute order acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship the products to you, at which point a contract of sale is formed. 

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Due to federal regulations governing night vision devices, we may restrict shipping to certain locations and will verify addresses before processing orders.

7.2 Shipping Costs and Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs (if applicable), or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7.3 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

8.1 Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns must be authorized in advance by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. To request an RMA, contact us at:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

8.2 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will include the purchase price of the product but will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to defects or our error.

8.3 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and our return policy will apply. If you successfully cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

9. Warranty

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA TACTICAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. The Aurora Tactical name and logo are trademarks of Aurora Tactical Group, LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Aurora Tactical or any third party
  • Use the Website to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

14. Export Compliance and Regulated Products

Night vision devices and related components are controlled items under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. export control laws. By purchasing products from Aurora Tactical, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are a U.S. person (as defined by ITAR) or have the necessary licenses and approvals
  • You will not export, re-export, or transfer night vision devices to any foreign person or country without proper authorization
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, use, and transfer of night vision devices
  • You understand that violations of export control laws may result in severe criminal and civil penalties

We reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel transactions if we suspect a violation of export control laws or if we are unable to verify compliance.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurora Tactical, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

16. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aurora Tactical. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of any third-party websites or services.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website or products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Tactical regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Aurora Tactical.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.

22. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, or disruptions to transportation or communication networks.
